Chelsea attacker Christian Pulisic has today moved to assure that he is 100% healthy, despite missing his side’s win over Arsenal yesterday afternoon.
Blues down Arsenal
Frank Lampard’s men visited the Emirates stadium a little over 24 hours ago, for their latest Premier League outing.
The visitors headed into proceedings in search of an immediate bounce-back performance.
On the back of a thoroughly impressive victory over capital rivals Tottenham, Chelsea subsequently fell to an embarrassing 2-0 defeat at home to Southampton on Boxing Day.
When the 90 minutes were said and done at the Emirates yesterday afternoon, though, the Pensioners got back to winning ways.
Despite having been thoroughly outplayed over lengthy stretches, and falling a goal behind early on, Chelsea eventually fought back to secure a crucial 2-1 victory.
After Jorginho capitalised on a Bernd Leno howler to level things up 7 minutes from time, Tammy Abraham went on to turn the clash on its head 4 minutes later, securing all 3 points for Lampard’s outfit in the process.

One of Chelsea’s stars to have missed out on their derby win yesterday, though, was Christian Pulisic.
The American attacker was omitted from the Blues’ matchday squad, with Chelsea having confirmed ahead of kick-off that Pulisic had picked up a hamstring problem.
As such, questions subsequently began to emerge, surrounding how long the 21-year-old could be sidelined for.
And one such outlet to have speculated about Pulisic’s injury timeframe, as outlined below, were Yahoo Soccer:

The Chelsea star himself, though, today took to the comments section of Yahoo’s Twitter post, to play down any fears over his fitness.
Pulisic assured that he is ‘100% healthy’:
100% healthy but thank you guys for the concern
