Callum Hudson-Odoi began to showcase his talents on the big stage last season for Chelsea.
As the 2018/19 season went on Hudson-Odoi would be handed more game time, particularly in the Europa League.
CHO would score four and assist two in nine Europa League appearances last term.
However, the winger would suffer a big injury blow in April.
He would rupture his Achilles in Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Burnley.
CHO on his return
With Eden Hazard gone and Ruben Loftus-Cheek also out, Chelsea should be keen to get CHO back as soon as possible.
The young attacker is a nightmare for defences with his pace and dribbling ability.
Hudson-Odoi has recently provided an update on his recovery.
The youngster is hopefully that he can be back after the upcoming international break:
“Recovery has gone really well and I feel good.
“Hopefully I can be back after the international break. We have to just get things going and hopefully everything goes to plan.
“I was scared it could take longer but really recovery has gone very well and I am really happy everything has gone to plan.
“Now I just can’t wait to get back on the pitch and start playing again.” As quoted by Sky Sports News.
Chelsea’s first game back after the break is away to Wolves on September 14th.
