Inter Milan’s director in London for transfer talks concerning Eriksen & Giroud – Sky

Sky Sports News have, on Wednesday evening, published a report concerning Inter Milan’s moves for Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen and Chelsea forward, Olivier Giroud.

SSN citing Sky in Italy, claim that Inter Milan director Piero Ausilio is in London to meet with Spurs and Chelsea about deals to sign the aforementioned stars.

Olivier Giroud & Inter

Olivier Giroud has been on Chelsea’s books since January of 2018 after leaving fellow Premier League outfit, Arsenal.

The Frenchman has made 70 appearances during his stint with the Blues. But since Frank Lampard took the reins at Chelsea, Giroud has seen his game time somewhat limited.

The experienced centre-forward has made just five Premier League appearances this term, none of which saw him complete 90 minutes.

And with his Chelsea contract up in the summer, it looks as though Giroud’s time with the London outfit is coming to an end sooner rather than later.

Sky reported last week that Giroud had agreed terms with the Serie A outfit.

Now, SSN claims Chelsea want a total of €6m for their forward with Inter offering €5m.

Christian Eriksen & Inter

Like Giroud, Eriksen is also out of contract with his respective club this summer.

And Sky are claiming that Eriksen agreeing personal with Inter is not expected to be a problem.

However, the two clubs do look to be a fair way apart in terms of a fee for the Dane.

Inter are said to have offered £8.5m for the 27-year-old but Spurs are believed to value Eriksen at double that fee, as per Sky.
