Klopp finally wins another trophy

While Spurs are still without a trophy under Poch, Jurgen Klopp has finally bagged one with the Reds.

Liverpool’s Champions League win on Saturday also ended Klopp’s awful run in finals

Prior to facing Spurs, Klopp had lost six of his seven finals as a manager, only winning the first in 2012 with Borussia Dortmund.

The German had also already lost three finals with Liverpool, the League Cup and Europa League in 2016 then, last year’s UCL final

So, after finally ended the awful streak, Klopp has opened up on what it feels like:

“I feel mostly relief to be honest, for my family actually.

“We always go on holiday the last six times, with a silver medal, it didn’t feel too cool. It’s different this year, it’s for them.

“[My players and I] were pretty much crying on the pitch because it was so emotional, so big. I know how Tottenham feels in the moment better than anyone else in the world. As quoted by ESPN.
