Is Sane on his way out of Manchester City?
Manchester City winger Leroy Sane reportedly wants to leave the club for Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich in the January transfer window.
The German has endured a difficult season so far.
Sane last featured for Manchester City in the Community Shield clash with Liverpool at Wembley.
Unfortunately for Sane, he damaged the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during that game.
As a result, he was ruled out for the majority of the season and is still yet to return.
However, that hasn’t stopped rumours of a move away from Manchester City.
Now, it looks as though a January move to the Allianz is still on the cards.
Sane wants Bundesliga return
According to German journalist Christian Falk, Sane wants to leave Manchester City for Bayern Munich in January.
He claims that the German has made up his mind, and wants a return to the Bundesliga.
There isn’t much more information than that, but the question now turns to whether Bayern can actually afford him.
It was reported back in November that Manchester City would demand £137million for the signing of Leroy Sane.
While Bayern are a global powerhouse, it remains to be seen whether they could afford that.

Aguero back in training
Another player who has had a spell on the sidelines recently is Sergio Aguero.
The Argentine has missed the last six Manchester City games due to a muscle injury.
Now, Pep Guardiola has suggested he’s closing in on his return.
In his pre-Oxford United press conference, Guardiola revealed Aguero has returned to training.
Aguero is also closing in on a return. “Yeah, Sergio is coming back and is part of the session. It’s not like Leroy (Sane) of course, it’s different, but it’s the next step to be part of the training session with the team.”
