Bruno Fernandes is currently plying his trade in Portugal with Sporting CP.
The 25-year-old made the switch to Sporting in 2017, leaving Italian outfit Sampdoria for a fee believed to be around £8.7m.
And that transfer fee looks to have been a real bargain given what a player Fernandes has become over the last few seasons.
In total, the midfield maestro has notched up 133 appearances across all competitions for the Verde e Brancos.
In those 133 ties, Fernandes has found the back of the net on 61 occasions and provided 51 assists.
Fernandes’ 2018/19 campaign was particularly impressive with the midfielder scoring 32 and assisting 18 in 53 outings for Sporting last term.
Fernandes was also a pivotal member of the Portugal squad, which clinched the inaugural UEFA Nations League trophy last year.
The free-scoring midfielder has also brought his emphatic form into this season.
In 24 ties so far this campaign, Fernandes has netted 13 and assisted 13.

Fernandes to Man United
Fernandes is currently contracted to Sporting until 2023.
But could we see the Sporting standout in the Premier League soon?
According to the Mirror, Manchester United are set to lodge a £65m bid for Bruno Fernandes this week.
The Mirror also claim the Portuguese outfit are said to have turned down United’s initial offer of a player-plus-cash deal.
The Red Devils are continuing to hold talks with Sporting and representatives of Fernandes, and remain hopeful a deal can be done during the January transfer window, as per the Mirror.
Fernandes would likely prove a quality addition to a United midfield that has, in recent times, looked somewhat devoid of creativity.
